AWSNA Mandate Forms

download this form

The Association has three forms that it uses when creating mandates for groups. The first two are very similar. One is a blank template for a standing committee, that is, a group which is expected to do its work in an ongoing way for the foreseeable future. The second form is a blank mandate for a task group, a committee which is formed for the purpose of achieving a particular task and which will be disbanded once that assigned task is completed.

The third form that the Association has developed is a mandate agreement form. The mandate agreement outlines the “rules of the road” with regard to all committees in the Association, and is attached to every standing committee and task group mandate that is created.
